The monthly dues are $75. This includes primarily garbage and fees to keep the subdivision looking beautiful. Subdivision expenses include upkeep of common grounds (mowing, landscaping, sprinklers, tree trimming, sidewalk leveling, electrical lighting and main entrance, etc.), fountain and lake upkeep, playground upkeep, etc.

 

There is also a master Waterstone Association that accounts for fees related to the MASTER Wasterstone common grounds which runs about $100 a year due first quarter of the year. 

The monthly assessments are due on the 15th of each month.  The resident will be subject to a late fee if not paid by 25th of each month.

You can simply select to hide your  phone number in the profile options.  It will not be viewed by anyone looking at the resident directory or at your profile.  However your phone number is viewable by the Association managers and would only be used to contact you for official association business only.  All information collected on this site is protected in accordance to the website policies statement at the bottom of the site.
